The last thing I want to come back to after a break is news about Lightning's return from the 6th Dimension - in his underwear. My mental imagery is disturbing at the best of times, and that did not help, but at least it gave Staff and I something to chuckle about while playing golf. At least my lying lady is still trapped there - with that mental mechanoid. And it seems in the same state of undress. I'm surprised. I thought Lightning Knights had rules about that kind of thing.

So, it has been some time since I updated this thing - which is mainly the fault of Duff. After returning from our sojourn we discovered he had been using the computer (and you can imagine what he used it for). Seems he must have corrupted something (which I would have thought was a good thing, being evil, but apparently this meant that the computer had to be re-fermented so it remembered nothing. Shall have to see if we can't do that to Lightning).

Well, seems that those meddling mortals have found a way to retrieve someone from the 6th dimension. The problem is they only have enough energy to bring back one person, and therefore have a slight moral dilemma. Do they bring back Lightning against his wishes and strand the laughable lady, or do they do as he asks and risk the dimension collapsing with him in it.

Sparx and I have been having a wonderful time without them, though I imagine many would have already guessed that. The carnival is relatively quiet too, can't imagine what is keeping the minions so occupied. Well, not unless they're all still chasing that madman around...

So, we're home, if you can refer to this hell hole as a home. Quite frankly I do not see why we need be back here. The minions haven't done too much damage, nothing that can not be repaired or purchased anyway, Duff has apparently been glad of the 'peace and quiet' and now that Lightning, Kilobyte and Lady Illusions are trapped in the 6th dimension there has been very little... commotion in the Conestoga Hills. Even that malcontent mechanoid has managed to keep himself under control for the most part. If those meddling mortals would just leave my steadfast staff alone we would have no issues what so ever.

If anyone was wondering why we were so late back they may blame the abnormal weather conditions we were faced with on our return. Had we been warned of the impending hurricane we would not have... well, we would have chosen a different route, and kept more of an eye on where we were and not what we were doing.

Anyway, must go get Duff to pick up the luggage.

Falling out is so horrid, but making up has to be the most enjoyable experience of late. I have to say her taste is... improving, though taking the Programmer was something I would not have recommended. He's been awfully quiet over the past few days...

Well, it seems our time in Mexico must come to an end, the programmer is apparently homesick. And I must of course go and sort out the minions, seems that Pigface has emptied the Carnival candy cashe. Entirely typical, those halfwits could not even keep control of things for a few weeks, what am I to do if Sparx really wants to take a longer excursion?

So, where next? Paris? Too overpopulated. Brazil? Argentina? Would be perfect, there is enough criminal activity in the countries of southern America to cover up our presence. Antigua has suitable extradition conditions, as does much of eastern Europe. Or maybe Japan? She would love the sword fighting. She could pick up a few new moves while I take care of... business.

Anyway, must go. Promised to spend some quality time with Sparx before we left.

So. They've found that costumed clod again. Two whole weeks of peace, and now all I'm getting is Ace this, Ace that, you'd think the sun shines out of his... What is so special about that muscle-bound moron? Why is it every woman in my life must be constantly obsessed with that chivalrous cretin!

At least we can safely say that we shall not be seeing him soon, what with the untimely breakdown of both the DoomWagon and the Flash. What a terrible disaster.

Oh, I can't be bothered to continue this. I'm going to go find some mortals to spook.

Oh, what a week. The stress is unbearable, and having such a dire effect on my angel we have decided to take a slight sojourn somewhere sunny. As there is nothing we can do to retrieve Lightning at this point in time I do not see any need for us to be here, and it is best we keep some distance between Sparx and Lady Illusion, lest one of them be injured. Though I am undeniably sure of her guilt in this instance, it wouldn't do for Sparx to blast her back to the 6th dimension as it would cause a rift. And we wouldn't want that, now would we?

So, we shall be away for the time being, but shall be available if needed thanks to the speed of the Flash and Doomwagon.

Wasn't yesterday eventful?

Here we were, minding our own buisness when we are attacked by that cheap, certifiable cow. Of course Sparx and I blaster her back to where she belongs. No, unfortunatly not the 6th Dimension, no doubt she will have crawled back to that musclebound moron she's shacked up with. I do hope for once he has the sense to keep that lunatic under lock and key, her behaviour really is unacceptable in any type of society, let alone the one she is attempting to join.

On perusal of certain journals it has also become evident that while we were having our little dispute (can't call it much more than that, Lady Illusion's skill has certainly dwindled in past months) there was also another going on. One that no doubt would have demanded our attention, if Lady Illusion had not been distracting us. And now a certain blond superhero type is nowhere to be found.

My my, what a mess.

Red is definatly Sparx's colour. I suppose blue would bring out her eyes more, but red speaks more of her. Not the deep, dark shades though, the bright, aggressive shades that make you stare. And it's not just the dress, but the flush in her cheeks and chest, the copper of her hair and the tones of coral... Anyway, must not let my mind run away, I only have a few minutes. The style also suits her, given her shape and... rather ample bust. Yes, she looks wonderful. I really wish she would wear it out...

It really was a crime to hide herself under that poloneck and uniform. She won't let me burn it though, rather a shame I think, a bonfire would be just the thing at this time of year...

I really don't have time to go into detail, but Sparx will be residing at the Carnival from now on. And I am taking her shopping tommorow. Can't have my beloved being attacked by the minions (plus I would rather prefer her not to wear that thing, the game designers had no taste whatsoever by the looks of her underwear).

I feel like the proverbial cat that got to cream.

Sparx has moved in with one of the mortals. I suppose that is an improvement on living with that muscle bound moron, but I can't say I am pleased.

Lightning Knights! What the hell is wrong with them??

First that mortal brat tries to trick me into giving up my amulet pieces, then the muscle bound moron that is Ace Lightning calls round and demanded I give them up so he can bring Lady Illusion back before the 6th Dimension collapses! Of course I told him where to go... And he responded by taking them by force!! The nerve of it!

Now Sparx has dissapeared! Just when I could have used some back up against Lightning's latest insanity! Unless she is with him... Or that cyborg...

I am not happy.

[ music | Daniel Ash - Spooky [3:07] ]

I am starting to remember why I prefer women I can control.

Sparx is infuriating. She will not listen to a word I say, and calls me 'baby'. Do I look like anyone's baby? She also seems dead set on receiving upgrades from a somewhat untrustworthy source, and then tells me not to worry. Now, I'm not a control freak, I just tend to get slightly nervous when things and people refuse to see that I am right and act accordingly. Especially when they are meant to be sentient beings.

At least she finnaly has some idea of what naked hugging is, rather funny to read her entry on it and various comments hanging around LJ.

Kilobyte attacked the programmer. That elf managed to destroy most of his equipment, but luckily (if you can call the programmer surviving lucky) Rick survived. I am starting to see why quick methods of execution are much more preferable to mortal dictators. Torturing someone for a few hours may be fun, but it's much safer just to throw everyone you don't like into a gas chamber and kill them.

Lethal injection is apparently the humane way to go, and some American's prefer to watch their criminals fry in an electric chair. Maybe that's a career Lightning could try? I'd love to see him after someone's eyes pop out of their sockets during an electrocution. Maybe I ought to show him a few pictures, then he might stop firing off lightning bolts around mortals. Hanging seems to have gone out of fashion in the 50's which I feel is quite disastrous, nothing beats the crack of a supple neck breaking to chill most beings to the bone (or of course a slow asphyxiation, that gets a few screams).

Anyway, enough death. For now.

[ music | Silver Chalice - Suicide ]

An eventful few days, so far.

First Sparx and I get a RAM upgrade and remember our lives before this dimension, which upsets her terribly, so I spend the afternoon comforting her (my jacket is still soaking wet. How someone has that much liquid in their body is beyond me). This would usually have been Lightning's area, but he was too busy flirting with Lady Illusion. Not that I minded, it's been more than a few years since anyone cried on my shoulder... and I wasn't the cause...

Then Kilobyte decied to attack the programmer. Not the smartest move he has ever made.

Ah. I am going to go back to my organ. Nothing better to do...

Kilobyte lost the mortal programmer!

After all that talk of my incompetence he can't even hang on to one measly mortal!

And if they can release the programmer, I have no doubt it will not be long before Lady Illusion has made her way back to this dimension, which means his career as an Evil Overlord is coming to an end. I'm already in conference with some of his minions, they seem to think that he isn't up to the job, so to speak. That he is a little too insane for anyone's good. I can't say I don't agree. Insanity may be a requirement for an Evil Overlord, but an abundence of it and an obsessive nature never lead to anything worthwhile. Luckily I was programmed with enough memories to know becoming too emotionally involved with a plot is a bad idea.

Going to hell? Me? )

In the sequel to this game, it seems that Lightning and Sparx were going to end up romantically involved. Which I am currently finding rather amusing. Well, less amusing than I was before they started hugging... he's rather... clingy... but still, amusing enough. I suppose there would have been some lovely Aryan children shortly after that... I can just imagine Sparx as a house wife.

It's very hard to distract yourself...  ) with these mortal quizzes. Some may find them entertaining, but I for one am not seeing the charm currently. In fact, they are rather insulting. Like some measly mortal knows anything about me and my personality. It's bad enough knowing I was created by such a pathetic creatures, without having them tell me what ice cream I equate to.

Minions are rather useful... [08 Jul 2005|10:43am]

[ music | Defenestration - Till the Cows ]

...when it comes to covert operations. They are much less likely to be noticed.

Well, how to review the last few days is beyond me.

Everything has been relatively quiet at the carnival, compared to what seems to have been going on elsewhere. Especially with certain fiery haired females. (Honestly, she is making Lady Illusion look faithful right now, which I know is more to do with her inexperience than anything, but it makes it no less infuriating.) Experimenting on Cyborgs, and now apparently taking her clothes off during battle with that elf. Shall be paying him a visit some time soon.

Rat also reports that Kilobyte has lost that pathetic mortal. Some of us would have had the good sense to not leave him in a dimension he created, gaurded by idiots. Zombies are utterly useless. What were you thinking?

Staffhead has also got a journal. Which is... wonderful. He knows about recent events... and while not impressed (he has never liked or trusted women) he hasn't started lecturing me yet (he can go on for hours sometimes. I know I need to hear most of it, but it's rather annoying). Then again I think he may still think this is part of some plan to destroy Lightning.

Funeral services for small fuzzy mammals are quite frankly insane. I can understand how a mortal fledgeling might need one, but most grow out of needing to be mollycoddled everytime something dies. Dosen't seem to be the same for some snivilling superheros though. I wonder how he is going to react when he finds out that the mortal's chose to rescue one of their own from the 6th dimension, and not his beloved Lady Illusion?
